- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for wall covering services, as described below, at the Air Mobility Warfare Center, Ft. Dix, NJ. Award of this requirement will be made in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures using evaluation procedures in FAR 13.106-2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F7413J42450100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-20. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238320 with a size standard of $12.0M. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE code). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award or possible award to the next otherwise successful offer that is registered in the CCR at the time of award. This requirement is for the following: - Replacement of wallcovering in Building 5656, Ft. Dix, NJ. Job entails removal and disposal of pre-existing wallcovering, preparation and prime of walls for new wallcovering, preparation of existing wallcovering, and performance of installation of new wallcovering. Contractor will supply 210 yards of vinyl wallcovering plus freight, supplies, materials, labor and disposal of debris. New wallcovering must match existing wallcover. Site visit to be held Thursday, 16 September 2004 at 1030. All parties interested in attending the site visit please coordinate with Lt. Carolyn Tolman in advance to gain access to the installation.
