Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for 1 each Model 484R-2 Irradiator with 19,500 Ci Co-60 to support unknown sample analysis mission(CLIN 0001), Shipping (CLIN 0002), and INSTALLATION and TRAINING (CLI N 0003). Delivery is to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. Desccriptive Literature must accompany your quotation. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items (complete fill-ins and submit to the address below with your offer). The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditi ons Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items.
