- This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price solicitation. The U.S. Navy intends to acquire a competitive price on the following description Provide 20 each Best Power panels, to encude: Power cables for NERA Saturn BM Mobile Earth Stations (2)ea), Power Cables to NEWMAR IPS 2422 power Supplies (2EA) 20A Terminal Block , Circuit Breakers (9.45A Trip Current) @ea, interconnecting wiring harnes and hardware, 19; (1U)rack mount ready for installation. Delivery schedule: Required 30 days ARO. The delivery and acceptance point is ISS, 700 Independence Parkway Suite 55, Attn: Mark Bischoff, Chesapeake, VA 23320. Delivery is FOB Destination. Anticipated date of award is on or about September 21st,2004. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Only those Offerors who can furni! sh the items that meets all the requirements specified herein will be considered. Award will be made based on the lowest evaluated price. All Offerors will need to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification -- Commercial Items with the offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
