Description

1. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the solicitation number from N00259-04-Q-0073 to N00259-04-T-0073, to add CLIN 0002 for Lot II Option Year One, period of performance October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 and SUBCLINs 0002AA and 0002AB, CLIN 0003 for Lot III Option Year Two, period of performance October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 and SUBCLINs 0003AA and 0003AB, to add the unit of issue for CLINs 0001 through 0003 and their associated SUBCLINs from 'none' to four (4) quarters each, and then to correct the statement of work under General Requirements from "...VISUAL FIELD ANALYZER (2)..." to "...VITRECTOMY UNITS...". 2. The closing date of this solicitation remains unchanged at 3:00PM Pacific Standard Time on September 17, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-SEP-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
