- The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Cincom Systems, Inc., for ?Tiger Usage? implementation support and training for the Bureau?s newly acquired Cincom Supra Physical Data Manager System. The cost of this requirement is NTE $17,000.00. OVERVIEW OF REQUIREMENTS: The services are needed to ensure a smooth transition to the recent upgrade of its database management system from TOTAL DBMS to SUPRA Physical Data Manager from Cincom Systems. Inc., including Cincom Tiger. This final phase of transition requires the knowledge of the BLS transition history and environment combined with an expertise in Cincom Tiger support. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no RFP notice. This notice is for information purposes only.
