Contact: Ray O?Neill, eProject Manager. http://www.eblueprint.com . The date and hour for a repeat Site Visit is Monday, September 20, 2004, 9:30 AM (Convening: Room F-05 on the basement level.) Individual or additional site visits will not be scheduled. Questions of a technical nature must be provided in writing and shall be submitted by the prospective 8(a) Firm to the contracting officer named in Item 9a(SF 1442). Questions shall be submitted only via E-Mail (DEBORAH.WORTHEY@MED.VA.GOV) in order that answers may be obtained and disseminated in a timely manner. Oral questions of a technical nature are not acceptable due to the possibility of misunderstanding or misinterpretation. questions of any nature or in any form shall not be directed to the DVAMC Technical Team.
