THIS REQUIREMENT IS SEPARATE FROM SOLICITATION FA4608-04-Q-9023, BOTH REQUIREMENTS ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF FY 05 FUNDS AND WILL BE FUNDED SEPARATELY: Purchase of Precast 10? re-enforced Barrier as shown in solicitation. Pouring on site is an option. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 238120, with a business size standard of $12,500,000. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after date for receipt of quotes. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there are no offers received from a small business concern, this acquisition is then 100% full and open to all responsive bidders. Note: If small business set-aside is dissolved for full and open competition, requirement will not be reposted to the Electronic Posting System (EPS). You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration).
