- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR PURCHASE OF VERTICAL ARTICULATED LIFT FOR ANTENNA MAINTENANCE AT ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, GUAM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. GENERAL INFORMATION Solicitation Number: F7DET541620200SJU Request for Quotation (RFQ) This solicitation and the incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-20. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses only. Large businesses may not submit an offer. North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS): 423830 Size Standard: 500 Vertical articulated lift for antenna maintenance. Lift must be able to enter and operate inside SRC-G antenna radome facility. Dimensions of double door is 6? wide x 7? tall but working area inside is only 50? wide. Small turn radius is desired. Required working height should be in excess of 20?. To facilitate maintenance inside the parabolic antenna, the jib will articulate to a minimum of 6? with a platform capacity for two people.
