- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only faxed or e-mailed quotations will be accepted. Award will be made to the quotation, which offers the best value to the government based on an integrated assessment of price, delivery and past performance. Multiple awards may be accomplished if any items are determined to be unbalanced. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all. Offers shall be good for a minimum of 90 days. Quotation shall include separate pricing for delivery as follows: (1) Shipping and any and all other costs associated in making delivery to Aviano Air Base, Italy. Offerors submitting offers on products considered equal to the Manufacturer specified are required to submit with its offer descriptive literature in sufficient detail to permit a complete and accurate evaluation of the products offered.
