- THIS IS AN UNFUNDED REQUEST AND WILL ONLY BE AWARDED IN THE EVENT OF FUNDING. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number WK4GBW4243-0153 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. 700 CONS intends to issue a purchase order for providing CLIN 1: 2 EA Computerized state of the art lathe for turning valves for engines-mini?.must comply with industry standards, compatible with European electric sources (220v/50 hz) and implemented safety standards such as VDE?deposits no grinding dust in the atmosphere?ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 2 sets of operators manuals in English and German language. 2 sets of parts manuals in English and German language. 1 year parts and labor warranty. The requested date of delivery is 90 after reciept of order. The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process.
