Description

The Government has a requirement for a contractor to provide DESIGN Noncontact Printer to print on a wooden box. Printer head shall be capable of operation in a vertical or horizontal orientation. Ink shall meet requirements of Commercial Specific ation A-A-208B, A-A1558A, and MIL STD 129P current edition, for high density text on porous surfaces wood and water resistance when not in operation, no climate control is provided, humidity can vary from 30 to 100 percent and temp 30 to 120 degree F. EQU IPMENT: Stencil Machine shall consist of Non contact print heat that can be mounted on a vertical or horizontal axis with a highly flexible cable, a min of 20 ft. in length. Print capability shall be variable from 1/4 in. to 3/4 in.with capability to inve rt print 180 degrees. Character storage of a min of 250 charc plus Special characters. Capability to interface with a PC and external encoder. Machine shall be equipped with an ON OFFnd E-STOP as a min for operator control with industrial hardened keypad & display for text entry.
