Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to DRS Sig nal Solutions, Inc., 700 Quince Orchard Road, Gaithersburg, MD. under Purchase Request number W81GNN4224N366 for the purchase of following items: Item 0001: Fast Miniceptor Receiver w/Bandwidths 3.2KHz, 75 KHz and 8000 KHz, part number WJ8607A, 1 each; 000 2: Freq Extender (512-2000M), part number WJ860XA/FE, 1 each; 0003: RCVR Control SW, 32 Bit, 12 Radio License, part number WJRCS32, 1 each; 0004: Power Supply, part number 860X/PS, 1 each, with a delivery date to INSCOM on or before November 15, 2004. N O PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This is a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. All inquiries must be address ed in writing to Ms. Gloria J.
