Description

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541430 and this requirement is set-aside for small business concerns The Grand Coulee Power Office, located in Grant County, Washington, approximately 90 miles west of Spokane, Washington, has a requirement for design, fabrication, and installation of new exhibits and interpretive media in the Visitor Arrival Center at Grand Coulee Dam, including graphic design and layout, media and multi-media development, development of interactive exhibit components, artwork and illustration, tactile models, three-dimensional tactile maps, demonstrations, artifacts, lighting, and audio-visual components. The scope of work also includes demolition and disposal or recycling of existing exhibits and preparation of all exhibit areas. Based on the evaluation factors identified in the solicitation and the process identified therein, we plan to award two purchase orders for preliminary designs, after which we will select one contractor for final design, fabrication, and installation based on the best value to the Government. The criteria will be further defined in the solicitation. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be posted on-line at www.usbr.gov/pn/contracts/service approximately October 1, 2004.
