Description: The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland on behalf of the Anatomic Pathology Laboratory intends to award a sole-sourced standing order to Dakocytomation 6392 Via Real Carpinteria, CA 93013 for immunohistochemical stains and reagents to be used with the laboratory's S3400 Autostainer Universal Staining System. Award will be made in the form of a SF1449 commercial purchase order for the period 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. A copy of the solicitation may be viewed at www.neco.navy.mil. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be contingent upon availability of FY05 funding. See Note 22.
