- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the supply of commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13.5 with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION - QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER N00181-04-Q-0667 AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This requirement is Unrestricted. The applicable NAIC is 326130 with a Small Business size standard of 500 employees. FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to procure on a Sole Source basis with Ultra Poly Inc the items described herein. A Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated. The following ordering data is applicable to all CLINS: Synthetic Deck Panels fabricated IAW Dwg. 7601424 & CID A-A-59488, (A) Decking, Synthetic, A-A-59488, dated 13 Aug 1999; (B) 2-1/2 inches thick; (C) As specified; (D) Per para 2.1 and 3.2.2; (E) N/A; (F) per para 6.1; (G) Pre-drill and cut. Dimensions/Qtys: CLIN 0001) Twenty-two (22) each, 2-1/2 inches x 37.13 inches x 83.62 inches; CLIN 0002) Twelve (12) each, 2-1/2 inches x 40.12 inches x 69.50 inches; CLIN 0003) Two (2) each, 2-1/2 inches x 37.13 inches x 69.50 inches; CLIN 0004) One (1) each, 2-1/2 inches x 30.00 inches x 69.50 inches; CLIN 0005) Forty-four (44) each, 2-1/2" inches x 40.12 inches x 83.62 inches; CLIN 0006) Forty-four (44) each, 2-1/2" inches x 40.12 inches x 83.62 inches; CLIN 0007) Forty-four (44) each, 2-1/2" inches x 40.12 inches x 83.62 inches; CLIN 0008) 2-1/2 inches x 30.00 inches x 83.62 inches This solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24 and the latest Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.
