Description

This is a partition IDIQ contract for repair and alterations at various federal buildings within the State of Alabama, excluding Mobile. Mobile, AL will be awarded under a separate contract, but will be bid under this solicitation on the SF1442. The contract shall be for a one-year base and two one-year options IAW FAR 22.404-12. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns IAW the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. NAICS is 236220. Size standard is 28.5 million. This is a negotiated procurement which will result in award of a firm fixed price contract to the contractor(s) offering the best value to the Government. Cost range projected for a 3-year period is $2 million to $5 million. The revised solicitation will be available on or about September 14, 2004. All vendors must supply the following data to be considered: CCR identification number, DUNS or CAGE number, telephone number, and e-mail address. The above data will be attached to or entered onto the front of signed SF 1442 when offer is returned. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for revised updates. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals: October 14, 2004, as stated on revised SF1442.
