- U. S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN THE AREA OF FORT RUCKER, ALABAMA AMOUNT: Approximately 3,400 rentable square feet of office space, yielding at least 3,050 BOMA usable to a maximum of 3,200 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. LOCATION: Space must be located outside of a flood plain, easily located from a major street or highway and fronting and or bounded within the following area: 1) 10 miles in any direction from Fort Rucker, Alabama. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. This includes availability of access to public transportation where applicable. TERM: Lease term will be for ten years with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part at any time on or after the fifth year with 60 days advance written notice. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
