Description

The Clinical Support Department, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for a telephone answering service to provide after-hours answering and referral services for (15) clinics. The service must be available during all hours when cli nics are not open, to include weekdays, weekends, and all Federal and State holidays. The government anticipates awarding a FFP contract for the base period, 30 Sep 04 through 29 Sep 05, and four one-year option periods. Estimated issue date for the solic itation is 17 SEP 04.
