Description

The Department of Homeland Security has a requirement for membership in the Corporate Leadership Council. The Government intends to issue a purchase order to Corporate Executive Board for an annual membership into the Corporate Leadership Council. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Responses must include sufficiently detailed information to allow the Government to determine if the responder is capable of meeting the requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by 2 P.M. EST, September 20, 2004 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
