Description: It is the intent of the Government to purchase ADA Technologies model MRU190s mercury recovery units using sole source procurement. Contractor shall provide equipment as described in this solicitation for the Naval Institute for Dental and Biomedical Research. These services are being procured under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (C)(1), FAR Part 6.302-1. The authority applies when supplies or services required by the agency are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.
