Description: NA It is the intent of the Bureau of Land Managerment (BLM) to award a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the creation of 3 Educational Energy Kiosks, based on existing BLM Educational Energy Kiosk. It is the belief of the BLM that this product cannot be provided by any other source except the incumbent contractor. The current BLM Kiosks were provided by Impact Communications, which already has knowledge and experience with the BLM in this specific area. Interested parties can submit inquires to the Contracting Officer.
