Description

The purpose of Amendment 001, to the subject solicitation for one Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Benchtop Spectrometer with Microscope is to address questions from Contractors. The due date for receipt of proposals is not extended. The RFQ due date is September 16, 2004 at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. The amendment and attachments will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Website at www.eps.gov. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses (see numbered note 1). The applicable NAICS (formerly SIC) code is 334516 and the associated small business size standard is 500 employees. If a response is not received from two or more small business quoters, the procurement will automatically convert to an unrestricted status.
