Description

R - Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) has a requirement for Office of the Deputy Director for Resource Analysis (ODD/RA) in the Office of the Secretary of Defense/Program Analysis and Evaluation (OSD/PA&E). Contractor will provide suppor t and development of the model, now resident on DOD computers (PA&E) requires the DEPPS be written in a non-proprietary format. The contractor must have FTP capability, must provide data that are filtered, screened, and virus free. PA&E must be able to u se MS Access with the DEPPS product (I-O table). Also the contract shall provide one subscription to Integrated Defense modeling Capability for a 12-month period beginning 28, 2004 through 27 September 2005. The contract shall also provide all required s oftware and data upgrades to support the versions of the Defense Modeling Capability on resident DOD computers. The contractor must have experience working with 1. Defense budgeting, especially deflators; 2. The Future Years Defense Plan (FDYP); and the applications of Input-Output (I-O) models for defense funding. The RFP is expected to be available on or about 17 September 04.
