Description

The Department of Homeland Security has a requirement for an executive lease of two (2) 2005 - 4 door Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LT 4x4 with DES Package and a lighted writing table (RH). The Government intends to solicit, negotiate and issue, due to unusual and compelling urgency pursuant to FAR 6.302-2, a purchase order to Donlen Government Services, Inc. for a one year lease with a one year renewal option. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Responses must include sufficiently detailed information to allow the Government to determine if the responder is capable of meeting the requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by 2 P.M. EST, September 22, 2004 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
