HONDURAS PC&S, Turbine Fuel, Aviation, Jet A1 with blended additives (FSII, CI, and SDA), NSN: 9130-00-753-5026, ASTM D 1655 (Latest Revision), Estimated Quantity: 5,760,000 USG, DF2, High Sulfur Diesel Fuel, NSN: 9140-00-286-5294, Honduras In-country Commercial Specification, Estimated Quantity: 5,630,500 USG, Gasoline, Regular Unleaded, NSN: 9130-00-148-7103, ASTM D 4814-01 (Latest Revision), Estimated Quantity: 552,000 USG. Delivery is to be made to various locations throughout the Honduran province. This is a multi-year program procurement; the contract period is from 01 January 2005 through 31 December 2008. Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a requirements type contract, fixed price with Economic Price Adjustment. All responsible sources are invited to submit offers. DESC anticipates conducting discussions with offerors submitting proposals under subject solicitation, but reserve the right to make contract award(s) based on initial offers submitted.
