Description

The 20th Contracting Squadron, Shaw AFB, S.C. is requesting a quote on the following items: 35 Each, All-Terrain Vehicles, MFG: Yamaha, Model: Rhino 660, with the following minimum requirements: 660 CC Engine, Automatic Transmission, 4 Wheel Drive, Independent Suspension, Weight not to exceed 1100lbs., minimum 400 lbs. Dump Bed Capability, Minimum 12? Ground Clearence, Minimum 1200 lbs. Towing capability, Acceptable Colors: Green, Tan, or Cammo, Two Personnel Capability, Digital Meter Kit ?speedometer kit?, Tow Ball Hitch, Plastic Windshield, Plastic Roof, Two Hard Plastic Rifle Cases (Capable to hold a Standard Military Issue M-16A2 Rifle) attached to rear passenger support of vehicle. Also include 35 Each, basic maintenance kit to include: 1 each, spare belt; 2 each, Spark Plugs; 2 each heavy duty Air Filters; 2 each Heavy Duty Oil Filters. All items will be delivered to Shaw AFB, S.C. 29152. Any proposals must show the maintenance capability in the South West Asia (i.e. Iraq, Afghanistan) Region. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) # FA4803-04-Q-A112. This purchase will be a total Small Business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24, Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DCN 20040625, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2004-0804. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423110, and size standard 500 employees. Only faxed or e-mailed quotations will be accepted. Submissions must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification ? Commercial Items, name, address, cage code, DUNS number, and telephone number with its offer.
