Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source to the following company- MITEQ Inc: for the purchase of three upconverter with the following specification: model # UPB-WS- 14.125/C19722, manufactured by Miteq, gain:23db nominal @ 23 degrees, Outpower: 10dbm minimum SMA RF Connectors, Non-inverted. Options Included: Options1: AC Power Supply, Option 10B High Stability, Option 17: Remoter Interface. And three dowconverter. Manufactured by Miteq, model#: DNB-WS-3.8D/C19722, Gain: 25 db nominal @ 23 degrees C, SMA RF Connectors, Non-inverted, Option 1: AC Power Supply, option 10 B: High Stability. Option 17: Remote Interface at Peterson AFB, CO. Delivery is 30 days after the award. All terms and conditions required by the Contracting Officer at their discretion and direction are applicable. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Responses to this notice must be submitted within three days after this electronic posting.
