Description: The contractor shall provide all material, personnel, labor, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide maintenance and repairs to the elevators, dumb waiters and chair lifts at Andrews AFB, MD, in accordance with the Statement of Work. THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR CONTRACTORS WHO CAN PROVIDE THE REQUIRED SERVICE ON GSA SCHEDULES. The period of performance of any resulting contract will be 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 with 4, 1-year options. All firms responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive GSA contractors will be considered by the agency. The NAICS code is 238210 ($12 million).
