Description

Project No. ZNRE 99-5003, Relocate Bowling Center, Yokota Air Base, work includes but is not limited to the provision of Architectural Work (General architectural work for interior and exterior), Mechanical Work (HVAC, plumbing and sprinkler system), Electrical Work (Electrical work for interior and exterior, and fire protection system), Civil Work (Landscaping and utilities) and incidental related work in accordance with the Contract specifications and drawings. Site Orientation is scheduled on 22 Sep 04 at 1330 hrs. Participants will meet at Bldg 620, Yokota Air Base. All offerors are encouraged to participate in this schedule tour. Contracting office will not provide any transportation but escort offerors who do not have Base Pass at Gate 5 from 1300 hours on the date. Individuals who need escort require photo ID, Drivers license or Passport. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
