- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only faxed or e-mailed quotations will be accepted. This solicitation, FU568242297100 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. Full and Open Competition is being utilized subject to the following: Line item 0001: 2 QTY.
