- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 1 Set: Standard Timing System (Digital) to include the following items: Heavy Weight Mats, two (2) controllers (DigiBox), eight (8) Antenna-mats (210 X 100 CM), One (1) cable set including one (1) Parallel 2, Two (2) Pattons, Two (2) Data, Two (2) Power and One (1) Data/Phase, One (1) ChampionChip Ear, Ear Maintenance Agreement and (450) ChampionChips. Manufacturer: ChampionChip or equal. Prices are to include delivery to 52 AMDS/SGPZ, Geb 130 Flugplatz, D-54529 Spangdahlem Germany, F.O..B. Destination. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334519 applies to this procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2AMDS42331200. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items.
