Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center, Mission Support Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS, intends to negotiate a sole source GSA FSS contract with Veridian Information Solutions, Inc (DBA General Dynamics  Advanced Information Systems (GD  AIS), a la rge business, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, to upgrade and maintain the existing Combat Training Center (CTC) ASK website. Tasks include but are not limited to determining information required and updating to improve / expand content related to Administrative Lessons Learned, Operations Support Center (OSC) and streaming video / multimedia, manage the CTC web pages, and perfor m administrative tasks. Performance is at Fort Leavenworth, KS and requires Secret clearances for all personnel. In addition to the website programming functions, substantial knowledge of Army, CTC and Joint military operations is required. This is follow on contract for phase 4 to prior contracts relating to phases 1-3 of the same CTC ASK website. The period of performance is one year from date of award, with two optional one year periods. This announcement is for informational purposes on ly. No Solicitation is available. A determination by the government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the pu rpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The NAICS for this action is 541511. Any offerors with interest in providing the services must submit detailed information indicating their ability to meet the governments requirement. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html.
