Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Copyright Clearance Center, 222 Rosewood Drive, Danvers, MA 01923, for numerous copyright permissions. Award amount is estimat ed to be $7,647. The statuatory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 711410 and the siz e standard is $6.0M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. See Numbered No te 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
