Description: AT&L requires the purchase of DataArmor Encryption Software/Maintenance in support of the RAS/Mobile Security Project. The software will be loaded on currently installed PocketPC, Palm OS, and Laptops. DCC-W intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Mobile Armor LLC located at 400 S Woodsmill Rd Suite 110, Chesterfield, MO 63017-3407. Mobile Armor is the only source for purchasing this software. Market research of this requirement has validated that requirements can only be met and satisfied by Mobile Armor. DataArmor offers the only security solution that provides a consistent interface from laptops, to smart phones, to PDA's. It is currently the only software on the market that will assure p roper user identification through a mandatory authentication service at device start-up, and then utilizes an AES 256 Bit encryption algorithm in securing all data on the device. DataArmor Software is a proprietary product that is privately owned and dist ributed by Mobile Armor. This notice is posted for ten days.
