Description: This action originally publicized in the Federal Business Opportunities on or about 19 August 2004 is hereby amended from a Small Business Set Aside to an Unrestricted procurement. All prior announcements are modified to include the following: Larg e Businesses must submit a Subcontracting Plan in accordance with Section 00100 of the solicitation package. The Small Business Goals are 60% of the total value of subcontracted work.
