Description

Description: The Philadelphia District intends to negotiate a sole source basis with David Clarke and Associates, LLC. 212 Bush Lane Mahwah, NJ for installation and configuration of the VRS GPS System. The contractor shall provide installation, int egration and configuration of the VRS survey equipment at a total of 10 various sites within the Philadelphia District. The work encompasses installing various receivers, antennas, radio links, power supplies and integrating them to be operated and contro lled from both a single workstation. This notice of intent is NOT A Request for Competitive Proposals. This notice is NOT a request for quotes. However, all information received within three 3 calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Gover nment. The Government will not pay for information received. All work shall be completed within thirty days (30) days after award. All contractors are required to be registered in the DODs Central Contract Register before award as required by DFARS 204 .7300.
