Description: This serves as a Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award to Office Suppliers, Inc. for Sharp AR-M277 Digital Copier and Annual Maintenance Agreement. Office Suppliers, Inc. is the only known local authorized and certified Sharp dealer in our area and the only local vendor authorized to maintain/repair Sharp equipment. We must have a local contractor in case a need for emergency repair arises. Office Suppliers will not provide maintenance service for equipment not procured from them.
