Description
Requirements: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking informational quotations for office and related space up to a maximum of 165,824 BOMA rentable square feet to yield a range of 135,000 to 140,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (usf) and a maximum of sixty (60) parking spaces. The building must be handicapped accessible and must comply with GSA Fire Protection, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Standards. The facility must have the potential for an efficient space design layout and meet the Agency?s' security requirements. Location: Beginning at the intersection of 14th Street (Route 1) and Interstate 395 (I-395) and proceeding east along I-395 to its intersection with New Jersey Avenue; then proceeding north along New Jersey to North Carolina Avenue; then northeast along North Carolina to the intersection with 2nd Street, SE; then north along 2nd Street, NE, to the intersection with H Street NE; then west on H Street to the intersection with Massachusetts Avenue, NW; then south along 14th Street to the intersection with I-395. In addition to the detailed description above, the following is defined as an "adjacent area" and included as a part of the area of consideration: The adjacent area includes: Eye Street, SW, on the North, 3rd Street, SW, on the East, M Street, SW, on the South and 6th Street, SW, on the West. Lease Term: Five (5) years firm. Occupancy: Space must be available for tenant improvements immediately.
