Description: Note 22 applies. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Ascent Media of Burbank, CA, to convert master material on digital MPG IMX, to 35mm film negative, answer print, optical sound negative, and 159 35mm release prints, each 9 minutes long containing various National Anthem trailers for use by overseas movie theatres. Ascent Media is the only source known to have this capability. Other responsive, responsible firms are invited to submit offers.
