Trailers are identified as Building Nos. 107A and 107B, Wheeler Army Airfield, Oahu, Hawaii 96789. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the low, responsible, responsive offeror.
