Description

This is a notice of intent by the Department of State to issue a contract on a noncompetitive basis, utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, to Mek Software Technologies, Inc., 67 Weybridge Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2J2Z6, Canada. Mek is expected to provide quantity 8 of SPBX/V Unlimited User Standard Edition SecurPBX Systems (including hardware/software/manuals/1 year support) configured with D/120JCT-LS 12 Port Voice Processing Boards (2 each), VV Voice Verification Ports (6 each) and integrated with 8 ThinkcentreA50 systems. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no telephone requests/messages will be honored. This notice is for information purposes only and no solicition will be issued as a result of this announcement. A determination not to compete the proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award date is September 28, 2004.
