Description

This solicitation's Schedule is divided into five (5) line items containing the same requirements for each item. The line items are: 1. Fiscal Year 2005 Requirements (October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005) 2. Option to Renew for Fiscal Year 2006 Requirements (October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006) 3. Option to Renew for Fiscal Year 2007 Requirements (October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007) 4. Option to Renew for Fiscal Year 2008 Requirements (October 1, 2007 through September 30 2008) 5. Option to Renew for Fiscal Year 2008 Requirements (October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009) This solicitation allows varying prices for option years. The Government may accept an offer containing an option price higher than the base price if the acceptance does not prejudice any other offer. Should the offeror fail to supply pricing for any option year, that and/or any subsequent options will not be awarded. Offerors are to Furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to provide Janitorial Service for the Department of Veterans Affairs Rochester Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Weinrich Building, 1617 Skyline Drive, Rochester, MN 55902. The area to be cleaned for this solicitation is approximately 3000sq.ft. Consisting of: Quarry Tile: 1,825 sq. ft., Carpet: 1,126 sq. ft., Vinyl C. Tile: 1,189 sq. ft., Ceramic Floor Tile: 143 sq. ft.Service to be provided in accordance with the specifications and delivery schedule of this solicitation for the period from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005, with Option to Renew for four (4) additional 12-month periods.
