Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Northern Region Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Eustis, VA, intends to award a sole source action with BNH Expert Software for Advisor Enterprise License Renewal (1 year). This proposed ac tion is for supplies and service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date of this synopsis. A determination not to open the requirement to competition based on responses received to this notice is solely withi n the discretion of this directorate. The Government intends to award to BNH Expert Software within 7 days after publication of this notice. All responses shall be received by 2:00 p.m. EDT 9/23/04.
