Description

The U.S. Military Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order for 247 periodicals on Microfilm to ProQuest Information and Learning, 135 S. LaSalle, Dept 6216, Chicago, Il 60674. This is a renewal subscription. The statuatory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 511120 with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of inten t is not a request for quotations. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ISSUED. See Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in note 22. The determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely w ithin the discretion of the Government.
