Description

The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement for an Archeological Field Survey. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency, quotes are being requested from pre-qualified contractors only. The following firms have already been pre-qualified based on previous submissions: Archaeological Consulting Services Inc, Archaeological Reserch Services Inc, ASM Affiliates, Far Western Anthropological Research Group, Statistical Research Inc, Lone Moun tain Archeological Services Inc, Northland Research Inc, Desert Archeology, Western Cultural Resource Management Inc, and Ecological Communications Corporation. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541720, Standard Industrial Classification number (SIC) is 8733 with a size standard of $6 million. The Statement of Work is available on the USAYPG Contracting website: http://www.yuma.army.mil/contracting. The Government intends to award a contract to the pre-qualified offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageou s to the Government based on technical acceptability and price. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FROM OTHER THAN THE ABOVE LISTED PREQUALIFIED FIRMS. Prequalifed firms may submit their proposals to Laura St.John at laura.stjohn@yuma.army.mil. Proposals must be received no later than 12:00 noon Arizona time, 24 September 2004.
