- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for the following. Clin 0001 Scotts Airpak cylinder, 50 2.2 with 2216, 30 minute aluminum cylinder AV3000 face piece with HUD, RIC, kevlar headnet and shoulder straps, Qty of 11 each. Clin 0002 Scotts 2216 Cylinder, 30 minute aluminum cylinder with valve, Qty of 11 each. Clin 0003 Akron Valve, 2 1/2 inch Gate Valve, Qty of 2 each. Clin 0004 Akron Hose Clamps, with bracket, Qty of 1 each. Clin 0005 Fire Hose, 2-1/2 i nch x 50 foot sections of DJ Fire Hose. Red in Color, Qty of 60 each. Clin 0006 Fire Hose, 1-1/2 inch x 50 foot sections of DJ Fire Hose. Red in color, Qty of 28 each. Clin 0007 Neider Booster Hose, Reeltex 1 inch x 50 foot sections of booster hose. Qty of 4 each. Clin 0008 Akron 1 inch Nozzle, number 1702, 1 inch Turbojet Nozzle with Spinning Teeth and Pistol Grip. Selectable Gallonage of 20-40-60 GPM @ 100PSI. Qty of 1 each. Clin 0009 Akron 1-1/2 inch Nozzle, 1720 Turbojet Nozzle with spinning teeth and pistol grip. Selectable Gallonage of 30-60-95-125 GPM @ 100 PSI, Qty of 1 each. Clin 0010 Akrons 2-1/2 inch Nozzle with spinning teeth and pistol grip, selectable 125-150-200-250 GPM @ 100 PSI. Qty of 1 each. Clin 0011 Pickhead Axe with fiberglass h andle, Qty of 3 each. Clin 0012 Flathead Axe with fiberglass handle, Qty of 3 each. This solicitation number W9127Q-04-T-0088 is issued as a Request for Quotes.
