- Description
- The National Naval Medical Center, (NNMC), Bethesda, MD has a consolidated routine clinical laboratory test services requirement from three outlying sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This consolidation requires courier service to pick up specimens and transport them back to NNMC Bethesda on a daily basis. The Government shall select the offeror which provides the greatest value. Past performance may also be a determining factor in awarding this contract. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions and/or negotiations. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and contingent upon availability of FY 05 funding. Telephone calls WILL NOT be honored.
