Description

This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: Copper Bestserv Maintenance on 62 units (17) 850's; (12) 1.4KVA; (14) 2.1KVA; (7) 3.1KVA; (8) 7KVA; (2)2.1K0; (2) FER7K), and proactive replacement of batteries. Additionally, Bronze Bestserv Maintenance on 10 Axium units to include proactive battery replacement. The FAR provisions at 52.212.1 pertain. Additionally, the FAR clauses 52.212.4 and 52.212-5 pertain. This is an all-or-none request for offers. Offers will be accepted via e-mail only prior to close-of-business 01 Oct 2004.
