Description

U.S. Government seeks Expression of Interest: Requirement: The United States Government presently occupies warehouse/ADP space in a lease expiring in July 2005 in Maryland. The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 96,000 to 108,000 BOMA rentable square feet (BRSF) of contiguous warehouse/ADP facility space to be housed in a single building. The building must provide for full Federal Government occupancy of the warehouse space. The General Services Administration is conducting a competition for alternative space and will relocate if consideration of the economics involved and other factors are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations, and occupant agency mission, among other items, will be considered when deciding to relocate. Other Requirements: A total of 200 parking spaces of which seven spaces must be designated for handicap accessibility. Delineated Area: The delineated area is River Road on the West, Route #28 on the North, Rockville Pike on the East, and the Capital Beltway on the South. Lease Term: The Lease term is for ten (10) years with cancellation rights after seven (7) years. Occupancy: Space must be ready for total occupancy by July 16, 2005.
