Description: Offered space must be located in a quality building of sound and substantial construction as described in this solicitation for offers with a minimum 17.0 foot clear ceiling height, column spacing of no less than 20 feet, and have vehicular access and potential for efficient layout suitable for the intended use as determined by the Contracting Officer. Offered space must provide chained-linked fence from floor to ceiling with a canvass covering. Chain-linked fence shall divide 7,000 usf into segments of 5,000 usf and 2,000 usf.
